As we intend to expand the project beyond our country, we chose a name that has a certain international appeal.

Theoretically, "Hyper" would be pronounced "High" - "per" in English. And "Flux" something like... "flocks"? Therefore, if we were to speak everything with an English pronunciation, it would be High-per-flocks CEE-EMM-ESS

But we are country folks, from the interior, from Northern Paraná in Brazil. We don't speak that fancy way. Among ourselves, we say EE-PER-FLOOKS-Cê-ÊMI-ÉSSI, for real (where Ê sounds like the A in DAY our E in BED, and É sounds like A in BAD and I sounds like a short ee). Or just EE-PER-FLOOKS, without the CMS. And you can say it that way too.

Therefore, both pronunciations are acceptable, as well as intermediate pronunciations. Speak in the way you find most comfortable for you.

Similarly, the HyperCode and HyperLite languages can be pronounced like HIGH-PER-COLD and HIGH-PER-LIGHT, but among ourselves, we tend to say EE-PER-COLD and EE-PER-LIGHT or, as good Brazilians raised in the countryside,EE-PER-COLDJI and EE-PER-LIGHT-CHE. Pronounce it however you want.
