But for that, at least basic knowledge of HTML and CSS may be necessary, or you may need to hire a web designer of your choice.

On a Windows server, you probably did not correctly configure the hyperfluxcms/bin folder to be the start folder for the IIS application pool. Also make sure that the provider you hired supports the current .NET Core version of HyperFluxCMS. And check in your site settings whether .NET Core is enabled and active.

This is a very common problem. The most likely causes are:
The folder structure is incorrect; or some folder does not have write permission; or the HyperFluxCMS executable binaries folder does not have execute permission. Check and fix if necessary. See more information at How to install HyperFluxCMS and at Making and restoring backups
